Inspection

We deliver reliable inspection solutions that ensure asset integrity, compliance, and operational safety across all project stages.

Piping Inspections

Our Inspectors are highly experienced in planning and performing API 570 inspection services for in-service metallic piping systems.

Seanergy adheres to API 570 guidelines to ensure piping systems and pipelines operate with full mechanical integrity, while allowing fluids, gasses, and other materials to safely travel through the piping systems.

Applications include:

  • QA/QC support for new construction
  • Turnaround and shutdown inspections
  • On-stream inspections
  • External visual inspection of above ground pipelines
  • Inspection of buried pipelines
  • Inspection data evaluation, analysis, and recording
  • Conventional and advanced NDT

Pressure Vessel Inspections

Our inspectors are highly experienced in planning and performing API 510 inspection services for in-service pressure vessels. Our API 510 inspectors engage a wide range of solutions to identify signs of internal and external corrosion, erosion, cracking, weld flaws, wall thinning, and other metallurgical defects.

In accordance with API 510 guidelines, Seanergy performs Fitness-for-Service (FFS), Probability of Failure (PoF), and rate of corrosion calculations to ensure pressure vessels remain in-service and without risks of damage to both physical and human assets.

Applications include:

  • Turnaround and shutdown inspections
  • In-service inspections
  • Mechanical integrity inspections
  • Fitness-for-Service evaluation
  • On-site fabrication/installation inspection
  • Vendor surveillance and audit services
  • Conventional and advanced NDT

Storage Tank Inspections

Our services are designed to help storage tanks operators determine the mechanical integrity of the tank, its deterioration and its rate of corrosion to ensure a safe operating condition.

We provide in-service inspections to inspect the tank systems for evidence of leaks, cracking, corrosion, wall thinning and the condition of coatings, insulation, and appurtenances.

Utilizing planned inspection strategies, Seanergy’s solutions can reduce the need for unnecessary tank openings, frequent interruptions, and threats of damage from unchecked areas.

Applications include:

  • In-service inspections
  • Out-of-service inspections
  • New tank fabrication inspection
  • Lining inspection
  • Fitness for service evaluation
  • Vacuum box testing
  • Conventional and advanced NDT
