Fabrication Follow-Up Services
Our Fabrication Follow-Up services provide rigorous, end-to-end oversight during the manufacturing of equipment and structures. We act as your quality assurance arm at the supplier’s facility, ensuring that all components are fabricated to specification, code, and contract requirements — reducing costly non-conformities and project delays.
Scope of Services:
- Continuous or milestone-based inspections
- Verification of material traceability (MTRs, heat numbers)
- Welding inspection (WPS/PQR compliance, welder qualifications)
- Dimensional control and NDT coordination
- Witnessing of pressure tests, coating applications, and assembly processes

Factory Acceptance Testing
Our Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) services validate the functional performance, safety, and compliance of critical equipment before it’s shipped to the field. We provide independent technical oversight during the FAT to ensure everything performs to contract and regulatory standards.
Applications include:
- Review of FAT procedures and test protocols
- Pre-FAT equipment condition and document verification
- On-site test witnessing and results recording
- Interface and control system testing (where applicable)
- Punch list creation and close-out tracking
- Final test report review and sign-off

Welding Inspections
Our Welding Inspectors work together with our QAQC team to competently inspect and approve welding, welding repair, or construction packages. Our Welding Inspectors are qualified to CSWIP standards and can perform these duties for our clients:

- Radiographic interpretation
